Hello, I'm Desiree

Photographer

I am a photographer in the Houston, Texas area. I have been doing photography professionally for four years now but it has been a hobby since I was a young teen. Outside of photography, I am a mother, special education teacher, and student at Texas A&M University where I am working towards an MBA.


My photography style aims for authenticity above all. Think documentary or cinematic. You can expect direction in posing, but the best captures are genuine moments as they unfold. For editing, I like to keep the light and color value identical to the real experience with a touch of grainy texture. I do have lighting equipment but I save that for extreme dark situations such as evening receptions and send offs.
